Company History:
Founded in 1985, Sequoia Retail Systems, Inc. (SRS) is an independent company with its corporate headquarters located in Mountain View, California and a branch office in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Our people are a cohesive mix of our MIT educated founders, skilled software engineers from around the globe and a highly motivated team of sales, support, installation, training and administrative staff. We derive the knowledge and inspiration for our products from our clients, vendor partners and key staff members who have logged more than 100 years working in campus stores and auxiliary services operations.
SRS is widely recognized for its innovations including multi-platform point-of-sale and inventory management solutions that allow transactions to be performed using POS terminals, self-service kiosks, mobile devices and E-commerce web sites. SRS is entirely employee owned, debt free, and has operated under the same ownership since its inception.
